Meet Brayden

Brayden Saitta has had a passion for performing since elementary school, when he first discovered his love for being onstage. From the moment he stepped into the spotlight, theatre became more than just a hobby. It became a place where he could challenge himself, build confidence, and tell meaningful stories through performance. Since then, he has dedicated himself to growing as a well-rounded musical theatre performer through consistent training, performance experience, and a genuine love for the art form.

Throughout his theatre journey, Brayden has performed in numerous productions, portraying a diverse range of characters that have strengthened his versatility as an actor, singer, and performer. Some of his favorite roles include Beetlejuice in Beetlejuice Jr., Conrad Birdie in Bye Bye Birdie Youth Edition, Uncle Fester in The Addams Family, Audrey II in Little Shop of Horrors, Willard in Footloose Youth Edition, and Davis in How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. Brayden also got the wonderful opportunity to choreograph the production of Bye Bye Birdie Youth Edition he was in, and learned so much throughout the experience.

 

Brayden is also enrolled in the MTAS (Fairfax Musical Theatre and Actors Studio) program that pulls from 16 Fairfax County High Schools, offering high-quality learning and growth opportunities for youth performers. Brayden trains in voice with Rita Gigliotti at The Gigliotti Center, acting with Jenny Girardi and Jake Odmark, and continues to study dance as an important part of his musical theatre training.

Brayden has had the honor of being recognized through several achievements, including winning the 2026 Virginia NATS Musical Theatre Competition (MT4A Division). He was also part of the cast of How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, which received the 2026 Brandon Victor Dixon Award for Best Musical from the MTAS Academy. Being part of an award-winning production alongside such a talented cast is an experience he is incredibly proud of. This summer, he is excited to perform in the ensemble of Catch Me If You Can at STARS Performing Arts while continuing his training at both the Signature Theatre Musical Theatre Summer Intensive and the Point Park University Musical Theatre Summer Intensive.

Whether performing onstage, collaborating with fellow artists, or continuing to train, Brayden strives to bring authenticity, energy, and a strong work ethic to every opportunity. He hopes to continue studying musical theatre in college and ultimately pursue a professional career in the performing arts. When he's not up on stage, he loves baking and running his business, Dipped By Brayden, hanging out with his friends, dancing, and building legos!
